How we handle your information
Plain-language summary of what we collect, why, and your choices. Last updated 22 June 2026.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how CopConnect, a social-impact initiative of the ISAC Foundation, handles the information you share with us through this website — primarily when you submit the Session Request form or contact us for help. We collect only what we need to arrange a session or respond to you.
Information we collect
When you request a session we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, mobile number, email address, city, and the optional session details (audience size and age group, preferred date, format, topic of interest, and any notes you add). We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
Your details are used only to coordinate your awareness session — to match you with a trained officer, schedule it, and follow up. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers. We never use it for marketing you did not ask for.
How it is stored
Submissions are stored in a secured, access-controlled database (hosted on Supabase). Access is restricted to authorised CopConnect coordinators. The form itself can only add a request — it cannot read back anyone else's submissions.
How long we keep it
We retain session requests for as long as needed to coordinate and follow up on your session, and for our internal records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time using the contact information below.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared. To make a request, call our office on +91 89514 99820 or write to us at the registered office address below.
